Competition compliance is a critical matter for all types of organizations to avoid legal and corporate risks. Understand the basics of competition law and the behavioral processes that can lead an individual to commit a breach.

Work on a case study during a live mentoring session with Professor Andreas Stephan (UEA Law School) and Anne Riley (Co-author of the ICC Antitrust Compliance Toolkit).

Information sharing, gun jumping, and vertical relationships are major danger zones for a business. Avoid falling into the trap by understanding the do’s and don’ts and by mapping your competition risks.

Listen to Olivier Guersent (Director-General, DG Comp) and Richard Whish (Professor, King’s College London) share their insights.

Developing a compliance culture and building an efficient compliance program is essential for all businesses. Find out about enforcers’ expectations and companies’ best practices, and build your own competition compliance program.

In case of an inspection, preparation is key. Learn how to face an investigation and manage it on the day.

Competition agencies and external counsel explain the specificities of national competition compliance regimes.

Learn about the practical aspects of compliance in the United States, the European Union, the UK, China, Brazil, the Netherlands, Spain, etc.
